Cooperation agreement: Delivery of welfare services

The Norwegian government, together with representatives from KS, Virke, Frivillighet Norge, Ideelt Nettverk, and Samfunnsbedriftene, has developed an agreement that recognizes the contributions of the non-profit sector to welfare services in Norway.
