In the beginning of December 2010, KS organised a launching seminar for the Municipal Cooperation between Norway and Bonsia-Herzegovina, in Sarajevo.
The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs approved 1 October 2010 a grant to KS to support Municipal International Cooperation between Norway and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The grant covers cooperation between Sund – Konjic, Klepp – Donji Vakuf and Orkdal – Mostar for a period of three years. Also, funds have been made available for dissemination of experiences and assessment of results from the projects included in the three partnerships. KS is working with SOGFBiH in association with ALVRS to make experiences available to municipalities not included in the programme.
Programme activities started with a launch seminar in Sarajevo 1 & 2 December 2010 convened by KS with SOGFBiH as a technical organiser. Detailed agenda and list of participants are enclosed. Presentations given in the seminar are also attached.
