KS will seek a new Norad grant for MIC between Norwegian municipalities and local councils in Kenya, Madagascar, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Guatemala.
This new cycle will continue capacity building efforts in local government in selected thematic areas with a similar scope and focus as previous agreement between Norad and KS.
Application deadline to Norad is 1 October 2010. Municipalities wishing to participate in this programme must express interest to KS using the attached application form before 1 September 2010. Form for annual progress report with Opinion of accounts is also attached.
