The Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Russia) and KS are cooperating on the organisation and implementation of the Presidential Programme in Norway, as well as internships in Russia for Norwegian public employees.
15 Russian public employees will have the possibility to take part in an internship, in a Norwegian public authority/company/organisation, every year.
The programme will include the following:
• An introductory seminar in Russia - focusing on Norwegian society, culture and economics in January 2012 (3 days)
• Internship period and introduction week in Norway: April/May (About 3,5 weeks)
You will have the opportunity to experience Norwegian government from the inside, obtain valuable knowledge about Norway and make interesting contacts which will benefit your public authority/company/organisation, as well as your career.
Applicants should:
• render a project as a final report of internship in Norway;
• have good English skills;
• have at least three years of managerial experience.
The Presidential Programme will:
• cover all travel and accommodation expenses;
• and find an appropriate host in Norway.
Application deadline: October 03, 2011 - participants for 2012 have been finalised.
There will also be a possibility for 10 Norwegian public employees to intern in Russia - which will be organised in September. More information will follow.
